Your NipeX password expires after every 75 days or after you have requested for a reset of your password, thus requiring a change.
Your old password should be put into the appropriate field while your new password must follow NipeX alpha-numeric password policy rule.
Password length must be Minimum of 8 characters, Maximum of 40 characters, must have at least 1 special character (e.g. @, $, etc) and 1 number. Ensure that you do not use any of the last five (5) passwords

  •  Click on Services icon on the home page
  • Click on NJQS Questionnaire
  • Type in your user name and password to access your company domain

If you have installed a pop-up blocker on your Computer, deactivate it before you can successfully log off the portal. To do this, take the following steps:

1. Click on the “Tools” menu of Internet Explorer
2. Scroll down to “Pop-Up blocker” and click on “Turn off Pop-up blocker”

You can verify that the pop-up blocker is off by clicking on the “Tools” menu of Internet Explorer and scrolling down to “Pop-Up blocker”. The available option would now be “Turn on Pop-up blocker”.
